Payment terms:
Please note that once you are booked onto a course that place is reserved for you.

Changing dates:
If you need to change course dates please note the terms below:
14 days notice or more: You’ll receive a voucher to use against a future course.
3-13 days notice: You will receive a voucher and be required to pay a £60 re-booking fee for the future course.
0 – 2 days notice: A re-booking fee for the full amount of the course will be payable.

Refund policy.
If you wish to cancel your course and receive a refund please note the terms below
14 days notice or more: 50% of the course fee refunded
3 – 13 days notice: 25% of the course fee refunded
0 – 2 days notice: 0% of the course fee refunded


In the event there are less than three people booked onto the course then the couse will be cancelled and you will be given another date.
